From the Plaza de Armas, head east on Avenida El Sol. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Triunfo. Turn left onto Calle Triunfo and walk for about 200 meters. Salkantay Trekking will be on your left at number 346.

If you are at San Pedro Market, exit the market and turn right onto Avenida San Pedro. Walk straight until you reach Plaza de Armas. From there, follow the previous directions by walking east on Avenida El Sol, then left on Calle Triunfo until you reach Salkantay Trekking at 346.
Taxi
You can take a taxi from any location in Cusco. Make sure to tell the driver 'Triunfo 346, Centro Histórico'. The ride should take around 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off right in front of Salkantay Trekking.
