From the Plaza de Armas (the main square in Cusco), head east on Calle del Teatro. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida El Sol. Turn left onto Avenida El Sol and walk for about 6 blocks until you reach the intersection with Calle Resbalosa. Turn right onto Calle Resbalosa and walk up the hill for about 3-4 minutes. You'll see San Cristobal Church on your left at Resbalosa 525.
