From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearby collectivo station on Avenida de la Cultura. Take a collectivo heading to Oropesa. These shared taxis are a fast and economical option. The ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Inform the driver you are going to Zoologico UNSAAC, and they will drop you off at the nearest point to the zoo.

If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from Plaza de Armas and head south towards Avenida de la Cultura. Walk along Avenida de la Cultura for about 3 kilometers until you reach a fork; take the left fork towards Ccorca. Continue straight until you see signs for Zoologico UNSAAC. This walk will take approximately 1 hour.
