If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas, head east on Avenida El Sol until you reach the intersection with Calle Santa Clara. Turn left onto Calle Santa Clara and continue straight until you reach the intersection with the large street of Calle Ayacucho. Cross over to the other side of Calle Ayacucho and head south on it. Continue walking until you see Calle San Blas on your right. Turn right onto Calle San Blas and walk up the hill. The Coca Museum will be on your left at Cta. de San Blas 618.

To reach the Coca Museum by bus, find a local bus heading towards the San Blas neighborhood. You can catch these buses at various stops around Plaza de Armas. Once on the bus, inform the driver you want to go to San Blas. Get off at the stop near the Plaza de San Blas. From there, walk downhill on Calle San Blas, and you will find the Coca Museum at Cta. de San Blas 618 on your left.
