Getting There

Walking
From the main square, Plaza de Armas in Cusco, head north on Avenida El Sol. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by the Inca Museum on your right. Once you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Cultura, turn left. Pucapucara will be on your left after about 800 meters. Look for the entrance sign that indicates the archaeological site.

From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida El Sol. Take the green bus heading towards 'Pucara’ or ‘Sacsayhuamán.’ The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
