Start your journey at the Plaza de Armas, the main square of Cusco. From the Plaza, head towards Avenida El Sol and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Cultura. Turn left onto Avenida de la Cultura. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Avenida Huáscar, where you will see signs pointing towards Cristo Blanco. Continue straight along Avenida Huáscar, and you will start to see the statue in the distance. Keep walking until you arrive at the base of the statue, which is located in a park area known as Parque 'Cristo Blanco'. The total walking distance is approximately 2.5 kilometers, and it should take about 30-40 minutes.

From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearby bus terminal located at Calle Garcilaso de la Vega. Look for a bus heading towards 'Santo Domingo' or 'Cristo Blanco'. The fare is very inexpensive, usually around 1.50 soles. Once you board, inform the driver you are going to Cristo Blanco. The bus will take you to the foot of the hill where the statue is located.
