Walking
From the San Pedro Market, head east on Avenida 28 de Julio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida El Sol. Turn left onto Avenida El Sol and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach Plaza San Francisco. From the plaza, continue walking north towards the hill where the Ruinas de Qhalispuqyo are located. The entrance will be on your right. Expect to walk approximately 30 minutes in total.
Public Transport
From San Pedro, walk to the nearest bus stop at Avenida 28 de Julio. You can take a local minibus (combis) that goes towards 'San Blas' or 'Sacsayhuamán'. Inform the driver you want to get off near the Qhalispuqyo ruins. The fare is typically around 1-2 soles. After getting off, follow the path uphill for about 15 minutes until you reach the ruins.
Taxi (Mototaxi)
If you prefer not to walk, you can take a mototaxi from San Pedro Market. Negotiate the fare before getting in; it should be around 5-10 soles. Ask the driver to take you to the 'Ruinas de Qhalispuqyo'. The ride should take about 10 minutes.
