From the main plaza in Huancayo (Plaza de la Constitución), walk to the nearby bus terminal located on Avenida 9 de Diciembre. Here, you can find buses heading toward the district of El Tambo. Look for buses that are marked for 'Torre Torre' or 'Atahualpa'. The fare is usually around 1-2 soles. Inform the driver that you are going to Torre Torre, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop. Once you get off, you may need to walk a few minutes to reach Torre Torre itself, which is located at Atahualpa 230.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Plaza de la Constitución in Huancayo. Head south on Avenida 9 de Diciembre for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Avenida Ferrocarril. Continue walking for about 230 meters until you reach Torre Torre, which will be on your right at Atahualpa 230.
