Walking
If you are starting from the central Plaza de Huancayo, head north on Avenida Giraldez. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Ferrocarril. Turn right onto Avenida Ferrocarril and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle Uruguay. Turn left onto Calle Uruguay, and you will find Tupac Amaru Park located at number 691 on your left side.

From the central Plaza de Huancayo, look for a bus marked 'Uruguay' or 'Huancayo Centro'. Board the bus and ride for approximately 5-10 minutes. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop near Calle Uruguay. Once you get off, walk along Calle Uruguay towards number 691, and you will arrive at Tupac Amaru Park.
