If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Iquitos. Head southwest on Av. José Quiñones towards Av. La Marina. Continue straight onto the PE-5N highway. Follow the signs for the Nauta direction. Upon reaching Nauta, take the turning onto the road that leads to the Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve entrance. Continue driving on this road until you reach the designated parking area near the Reserva Nacional Pacaya Simaria. Please note that you may need a four-wheel-drive vehicle to navigate some parts of the road, especially during the rainy season.
