Car
If you are traveling by car within Huascaran National Park, you can take the road towards Yungay. From the main entrance of the park, follow the signs to Yungay, which is approximately a 30-minute drive. Once you reach Yungay, look for the address R7X6+GMQ. Park your vehicle in a safe area, as parking may be limited.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can catch a bus from Huaraz to Yungay. These buses depart regularly from the main bus terminal in Huaraz. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs around 10-15 PEN (Peruvian Soles). Once you arrive in Yungay, you can ask locals for directions to R7X6+GMQ, where Obelisc is located. It is a short walk from the bus station.
Walking
Once you are in Yungay, if you are nearby, you can walk to the Obelisc location at R7X6+GMQ. The area is accessible on foot, and you can enjoy the local scenery along the way. Make sure to ask locals if you need help with directions, as they are usually very friendly and willing to assist.
