Walking
From your accommodation in Ica, head towards Avenida La Libertad. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida San Martín. Turn left onto Avenida San Martín and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for directional signs pointing towards Huacachina. As you approach Huacachina, you will see sand dunes and the oasis in the distance. Follow the signs to Huacachina, and once you reach the main entrance, walk towards the lake area.
