Bus
From the main bus terminal in Ica, purchase a ticket to Huacachina. Various companies offer this route, and the journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Huacachina area, you will see the lagoon and the surrounding sand dunes. Ecocamp Huacachina is located on the edge of the lagoon, so you can easily walk to the lodge from the bus drop-off point.
Taxi
You can hire a taxi from anywhere in Ica to take you directly to Ecocamp Huacachina. Provide the driver with the address: 'W66P+CF7 Balneario de, Huacachina 11001'. The taxi ride typically takes about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure to negotiate the fare before starting your trip or ask the driver to use the meter.
Walking
If you are already in the Ica city center, you can choose to walk to Huacachina. Head west on Av. La Libertad towards the Huacachina Lagoon. The walk is approximately 5 km and will take around 1 hour. Follow the path along Av. La Libertad, and when you reach the outskirts of the city, continue straight until you see signs for Huacachina. The Ecocamp is located near the lagoon.
