Bus

From the main bus terminal in Ica, look for buses headed towards Huacachina. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Buses leave frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. Walking

If you prefer to walk from the city center of Ica to Huacachina, start at the Plaza de Armas (Ica's main square). Head southwest on Av. San Martin for about 2.5 kilometers (around a 30-40 minute walk). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Huacachina. Turn left and follow this road until you see signs for Huacachina Lagoon. The walk will lead you through local neighborhoods and offer a glimpse of everyday life in Ica.

Tuk-Tuk

You can also hire a tuk-tuk (a small three-wheeled vehicle) from anywhere in Ica. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Huacachina Lagoon. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
