Public Bus

From the main square of Ica (Plaza de Armas), head to the nearby bus terminal, Terminal Terrestre de Ica. Look for buses heading towards El Arenal or Los Aquijes. The fare is typically around 2-4 soles. Once you board, inform the driver that you are going to 'Las Dunas' or 'El Arenal'. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Avenida Abraham Valdelomar.

Mototaxi

After arriving at the bus stop in El Arenal, you can hire a mototaxi (a three-wheeled motorcycle taxi) to take you to Sand Dune Ica. Mototaxi fares are usually around 5-10 soles depending on your negotiation skills. Tell the driver your destination: 'Avenida Abraham Valdelomar R-3 El Arenal'. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes.

Walking

If you prefer to walk, from the bus stop in El Arenal, head southeast on Avenida Abraham Valdelomar. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Sand Dune Ica. Look for signs or ask locals for directions if needed.
