Walking
If you are in the main plaza (Plaza de Armas) of Iquitos, start by heading east on Calle Prospero near the Cathedral. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida La Marina. Turn left onto Avenida La Marina, and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see the Amazon Explorer office located at 28 De Julio 107 on your right side, just before the intersection with Calle Nauta.

Mototaxi
To take a mototaxi from any location in Iquitos, simply flag one down or ask at your hotel or nearby shops. Tell the driver '28 De Julio 107' or 'Amazon Explorer'. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. They will drop you off right in front of the Amazon Explorer office.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the Plaza de Armas. Head southeast on Calle Prospero, then take a left onto Avenida La Marina. Continue cycling for about 10 minutes until you reach 28 De Julio. The office will be on your right side, just before the intersection with Calle Nauta.
