If you are starting from the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Iquitos, head south on Calle Prospero until you reach Malecón Tarapacá. Turn left (east) onto Malecón Tarapacá and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will see the Old Hotel Palace at Mal. Tarapacá 200 on your right. It's a prominent building along the waterfront, so you shouldn't miss it.

From your current location, find a nearby moto taxi stand or simply wave down a passing moto taxi. Tell the driver 'Malecón Tarapacá 200, cerca del Old Hotel Palace.' The ride should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. The moto taxi will drop you off right in front of the Old Hotel Palace.
