    If you have a rental car, start from the town of Puno, which is a common entrance point for visitors to Lake Titicaca. Head southeast on the road towards the border with Bolivia. After approximately 45 minutes, you will reach the village of Samaypata. From there, follow the signs to Cantón Sampaya. The final destination, Huat'a Titicachi, is located at coordinates -16.1033874, -69.0988296. Parking is available near the site.

    From Puno, you can take a bus heading towards the border with Bolivia. Buses leave regularly from the main bus terminal. Make sure to ask the driver or the ticket seller to let you off at Samaypata. The bus ride takes about 1 hour and costs around 10-15 PEN (Peruvian Sol). Once in Samaypata, you can hire a local taxi to take you the remaining distance to Huat'a Titicachi. The taxi ride will cost approximately 20-30 PEN.
