From the center of Iquitos, drive towards Calle Mexico. Navigate to Calle 28 de Julio and head southeast. Continue until you reach the intersection with Calle Mexico. Pilpintuwasi is located on Calle Mexico s/n. There is parking available nearby, but ensure you follow local parking regulations.

From the Plaza de Armas in Iquitos, take a mototaxi (a three-wheeled motorcycle taxi) and inform the driver you wish to go to Pilpintuwasi.
