From Loreto, head southeast on Avenida Fitzcarrald toward Avenida José Galvez. Continue straight for about 3 km until you reach the junction with the road leading to Iquitos-Nauta. Take the left onto the Iquitos-Nauta road. Continue for approximately 70 km until you reach the town of Nauta. In Nauta, follow signs to the Tapiche River. You'll need to take a boat from Nauta to reach Tapiche Reserve. The boat ride takes around 1-2 hours and costs approximately 50-100 soles depending on the type of boat.
