Juel Condori was an amazing tourguide, I would recommend him to everyone. We stopped at every interesting spot, he showed us everything very detailed, and he told the whole history of Machu Picchu in a really interesting way with pictures and everything.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The guide explained the entire tour very well to us. He gave us the time to take all the photos we wanted and to enjoy the scenery. The guide was excellent and very competent. However, we did not like how the agency handled our arrival: as soon as we arrived at the station, there was no one waiting for us; we had to ask someone to call the agency, which never answered us. In the end, we managed to contact the person in charge through the emergency contact, who brought us to the bus stop. The customer service from the agency was not good.
