Tour to Machu Picchu from Cusco (1 day - shared service)
The beauty of Machu Picchu
I was troubled by altitude sickness in Cusco, but thanks to the generous follow-up of the local staff, I was able to see a beautiful Machu Picchu. The weather was unsettling, partly because it was rainy, but it was sunny, and it was a great honeymoon!

Machu Picchu Day Trip from Cusco: Full-Day Guided Tour
A breathtaking experience
It was a great experience, well organised tour worth doing but one big let down was the train ride back which had my partner and I seated separately in completely different carriages on the train. I noticed upon arriving to Machu Pichu and messaged the organiser Daniel who eventually got back to me 3 hours later after I raised it with the tour guide who called him. He advised me the train company (Peru Rail) were not able to fix it and I should speak to the rail staff at the train. We wasted our free time which was supposed to be for lunch and instead lined up to speak to staff at the Peru Rail ticket desk who confirmed that as the train was full there was no option. A disappointing end to the tour.
