Fabulous Trip with Robinson

We had an absolutely incredible three-day Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu with Robinson, and we cannot recommend him enough! The trek was challenging, especially given how much we were doing in such a short amount of time, but Robinson made every part of it enjoyable. He kept the long hikes fun with great conversation and was constantly pointing out interesting trees, plants, and wildlife along the way. He also knew the trek extremely well and recommended that we take horses for the highest-altitude portion so we could conserve our energy and be fresh for the long hikes that followed. It was exactly the right call! Robinson also went above and beyond to make the experience personal for us. We are huge coffee lovers, and he took us to a little spot along the route where we had some of the freshest coffee we’ve ever had. He listened to what we enjoyed and made sure to take us to local spots, including places with delicious soup (which we absolutely love!). Throughout the entire trek, Robinson was attentive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely fun to spend time with. He made an already incredible experience even more memorable. If you’re considering doing the Salkantay trek, book with Robinson!!! You will be in great hands.

We had a wonderful experience at Machu Picchu Center! The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. The location was convenient, and the overall experience made our visit even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily recommend Machu Picchu Center to anyone visiting the area. A great experience from start to finish!
