If you are traveling by car within Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve, start your journey from the main town of Nauta. Head southeast on the main road towards the Pacaya-Samiria entrance. Follow the signs to the reserve and carry on until you reach the junction at 4P6C+WR9. Turn left at the junction and continue straight for approximately 15 minutes until you see the signs for CP Santa Lucia on your right.

For those using public transportation, take a shared van or bus from Nauta to the Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve entrance. Once you arrive at the entrance, you can either hire a local mototaxi or walk to the junction at 4P6C+WR9, which is about a 20-minute walk. At the junction, turn left and continue walking for another 15 minutes until you reach CP Santa Lucia.
