Turn left onto Calle Conde de Lemos, and you will find Balcón del Conde de Lemos at number 231 on your right. Parking may be limited in this area, so look for nearby parking lots or street parking.
Public Transportation (Minibus)
To reach Balcón del Conde de Lemos via public transportation, look for a minibus heading towards the city center (Centro de Puno). You can board these minibuses at various points around Puno. Once you arrive at the city center, walk towards Avenida Lima, then turn onto Calle Conde de Lemos. Walk approximately 5 minutes, and you will find Balcón del Conde de Lemos at number 231.
