If you are starting from the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Puno, head south on Avenida Lima. Continue straight for about 5 blocks until you reach the intersection with Avenida El Sol. Turn left onto Avenida El Sol, and continue straight for about 3 blocks. At the next major intersection, turn right onto Calle Conde de Lemos. Museo Carlos Dreyer will be on your left at number 289, just a short walk down the street.

From Plaza de Armas, you can catch a minibus heading towards the 'Barrio Central' area. Look for minibuses with signs indicating 'Barrio Central' or 'Conde de Lemos'. Board the minibus and stay on for about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to let you off at the Conde de Lemos stop. From there, walk a short distance back towards number 289 on Calle Conde de Lemos, and you will find Museo Carlos Dreyer on your left.
