From the central plaza of Puno (Plaza de Armas), head south on Avenida Lima. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida El Ejército. Turn left onto Avenida El Ejército and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida Costanera. Turn right onto Avenida Costanera and walk for another 15 minutes. As you walk, you will notice signs pointing towards Mirador Puma de Puno. Follow these signs until you reach the entrance to the observation deck.

From the central plaza of Puno, take any local microbus heading towards the 'Urb el Mirador' area. You can catch these buses on Avenida Lima. Ask the driver to drop you off near 'Mirador Puma de Puno'. The bus ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the observation deck, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
