Juan Carlos/JC was a great guide. He speaks good English. Luckily, he did not have to translate to Spanish as the only Spanish speakers from the group understood English. JC was informative and knew his craft. He communicated everything contributing to smooth stops and on time arrivals and departures. He helped us get a taxi from Puno terminal which was really appreciated. I would recommend to the Sun Route with Inka Express. It’s a good way to get to Puno less the loong direct bus ride.
