If you are in the center of Puno, head towards Avenida 28 de Julio. Walk towards the Plaza de Armas, which is a central square in Puno. From the Plaza, continue walking east on Avenida 28 de Julio until you reach the intersection with Calle Ramìrez. Turn left onto Calle Ramìrez and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Avenida Simón Bolívar. Inka Express is located nearby this intersection.
