Car
If you're traveling by car, you can start from the Salkantay Trailhead. Head towards the town of Mollepata, following the signs leading to Cusco. After about 30 km, you will reach the town of Limatambo. From Limatambo, continue for approximately 60 km toward Cusco. As you approach Cusco, follow the signs for Avenida de la Cultura. Turn onto this avenue and continue until you reach the intersection with Avenida Valle Sagrado. Turn left and then take a right onto F286. Inca Footsteps S.A.C will be located at F286+G26, Asoc los Jardines, Cusco 08001. Make sure to account for potential tolls on this route, which can range from 5 to 10 soles.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus or collectivo from the Salkantay Trail area toward Mollepata. Once in Mollepata, transfer to a bus heading to Cusco. The bus ride takes about 2-3 hours, and costs around 15-20 soles. Upon arrival in Cusco, head to the main bus terminal (Terminal Terrestre), and from there, look for local buses or taxis that can take you to the address F286+G26, Asoc los Jardines. You can also use a taxi from the terminal, which should cost around 10-15 soles. Make sure to have some cash on hand for transportation fares.
