Continue on this road for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the parking area near the trailhead at Soraypampa. From Soraypampa, you'll need to hike approximately 3-4 hours to reach Patallacta. The hiking trail is well-marked, and you will pass through stunning landscapes and occasionally see llamas and other wildlife. Ensure you have sufficient water and snacks for the hike.
Public Transportation
To reach Patallacta using public transportation, first, take a bus or collectivo (shared taxi) from Cusco to Mollepata. The journey takes about 3-4 hours and costs approximately 15-25 soles.
