Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving to the Square of Moyobamba, start from the center of Moyobamba. Head southeast on Av. José Olaya towards Jr. San Martín. Continue straight for about 500 meters, then turn left onto Jr. Pedro Ruiz. After approximately 200 meters, turn right onto Av. Centenario. The square will be on your left. There is usually street parking available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations.

    To reach the Square of Moyobamba via public transportation, look for a local minibus or colectivo heading towards the city center. These usually depart from various points in Moyobamba. Once on board, request the driver to drop you off near the Plaza de Armas (the main square), which is often a common stop. The fare is typically around 1 to 2 soles. Upon getting off, the Square of Moyobamba will be within walking distance; head towards Av. Centenario, and you will see the square ahead.
