If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas in Tacna, head east on Avenida Bolognesi towards Avenida San Martin. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida Augusto B Leguia. Turn left onto Avenida Augusto B Leguia, and after a short walk, you will see Paseo de las Aguas on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 kilometers.

From the Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenida Bolognesi. Take a bus heading towards 'Pueblo Nuevo' or 'Cerro Blanco'. Inform the driver you wish to get off at Avenida Augusto B Leguia. Once you get off, walk along Avenida Augusto B Leguia for about 5 minutes, and you will find Paseo de las Aguas on your left. The bus ride should take about 15 minutes depending on traffic.
