If you are near the Tacna main square (Plaza de Armas), head southwest on Calle Comercio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida San Martin. Turn left on Avenida San Martin, and walk for about 10 minutes. Plaza Zela will be on your right side at Avenida San Martin 831.
