Walking
If you are starting from the Tacna main square (Plaza de Armas), head south on Avenida Bolognesi for about 5 blocks until you reach Calle Junín. Turn right onto Calle Junín and continue walking for 3 blocks until you reach Avenida Leguía. Turn left onto Avenida Leguía and walk straight for about 2 blocks. Plaza las Americas will be on your right, just past the intersection with Calle San Martín.
Public Transport
From the Tacna bus terminal, take a local minibus heading towards the Plaza de Armas. Get off at the Plaza de Armas stop. From there, follow the walking directions provided above to reach Plaza las Americas.
Taxi
If you prefer to take a taxi, simply tell the driver 'Plaza las Americas'. The taxi will take you directly to the square. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting the ride, as taxis in Tacna may not always use meters.
