Walking
If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas in Tacna, head south on Calle Main, passing by the main square. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Bolognesi. Turn right (west) onto Avenida Bolognesi and walk along this road until you reach the first major intersection. At the intersection with Calle Blondell, turn left. Prefectura de Tacna will be on your left at Blondell 198. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.
Public Transport - Bus
From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenida Bolognesi. Look for buses heading towards the Centro Histórico or the main government buildings. Get on the bus and ask the driver to notify you when you reach Blondell Street. Once you disembark, walk a short distance to Blondell 198, where Prefectura de Tacna is located. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
Taxi
If you're near Plaza de Armas or any central location, you can easily hail a taxi. Inform the driver that you want to go to Prefectura de Tacna, located at Blondell 198. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure that the taxi uses the meter or agree on a fare before starting your journey.
