To reach Mirador Biodivetsidad by public transport, take a taxi or local colectivo (shared taxi) from the center of Puerto Maldonado. Inform the driver that you want to go to Mirador Biodivetsidad located on Av. Carlos Fermin Fitzcarrald. The fare should be around 10-15 soles. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at CR37+Q2V, look for signage to help you find the entrance.
