Public Bus
From the main square in Trujillo (Plaza de Armas), head to the bus terminal located nearby. Look for buses heading towards 'La Esperanza' or 'Chicama'. Board the bus and stay on for about 30 minutes. Request the driver to let you off at 'Pedro Murillo'. Once you get off, walk in the direction of the Huaca, which is a short 10-minute walk straight along Pedro Murillo street. You will see signs leading you to Huaca 'El Dragon'.

Taxi
You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Trujillo. Simply tell the driver 'Huaca El Dragon, Complejo Arqueológico Chan-Chan'. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand or use a rideshare app if available. The taxi will drop you off directly at the entrance of the archaeological site.

Walking (from central Trujillo)
If you prefer to walk, start from the Plaza de Armas and head east on Av. España. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Universitaria, where you will turn left. Walk for about 1.5 km until you reach Pedro Murillo, then turn right. Huaca 'El Dragon' will be ahead, approximately 500 meters down the road. This walk will take roughly 40-50 minutes.
