Car
If you are driving from Legazpi City, take the Pan-Philippine Highway (AH26) heading north. Follow the signs toward Tabaco City. After Tabaco, continue towards the town of San Andres in Catanduanes. Once you reach San Andres, look for signs directing you to Lictin Tower, which is where Luyang Cave Park is located. The total drive should take approximately 3-4 hours depending on traffic conditions. Be prepared for some winding roads as you approach the island.
Public Transportation (Bus + Jeepney)
Take a bus from Legazpi City to Tabaco City. The bus ride will take about an hour. From Tabaco, you will need to take a ferry to San Andres, Catanduanes.
