Purchase a ticket to Naga City. Once you arrive at the Naga City Bus Terminal, you can take a local jeepney or tricycle. For the jeepney, board one heading to the city center and ask the driver to drop you off near the shrine. If you prefer tricycles, they are available outside the bus terminal and can take you directly to the shrine for a small fee (around 20-30 PHP).
