If you are coming from Legazpi City, take the Pan-Philippine Highway (AH26) and continue north for about 90 kilometers until you reach Naga City. Once in Naga, follow signs for Naga Central Road. The monument is located at J5JQ+JR7, which is near the city center. Parking is usually available along the roadside or in nearby public parking areas.

Upon arrival at the terminal, you can either take a tricycle or walk towards Naga Central Road. The monument is approximately 1.5 kilometers from the terminal, which is about a 20-minute walk. Tricycles are available outside the terminal and will cost around PHP 15-20 to take you to the monument.
