Car
If you're driving from Legazpi City, head north on the Maharlika Highway (AH26) towards Camalig. Continue for about 13 kilometers until you reach the town of Camalig. Once you arrive in Camalig, look for the local landmarks such as the Camalig Church. From here, navigate towards Poblacion, where you will find the directions to Sumlang Lake. The lake is located at 5MHC+HJH, a short drive from the town center, approximately 5 minutes away. Follow the signs posted around the area for the ecological park.
Public Transportation
To reach Sumlang Lake via public transportation from Legazpi City, take a van or jeepney bound for Camalig from the Legazpi Grand Terminal. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Camalig, you can either walk or take a tricycle to Sumlang Lake. Inform the driver to take you to Poblacion, specifically to the location at 5MHC+HJH. The lake is a well-known destination, so they should be familiar with it.
Car
If you are coming from Daraga, continue onto the Legazpi - Tabaco Road (also known as the AH26) heading towards Camalig. After about 8 kilometers, you will reach Camalig. From the town center, follow the signs to Poblacion and then to Sumlang Lake, which is located at 5MHC+HJH. This should take around 15 minutes.
