If you are in Tagbilaran City, head to the Tagbilaran City Proper where you can find a tricycle terminal. Look for a tricycle heading towards Bilar. Once you reach Bilar, you can ask the driver to drop you off near the main attractions or the town plaza.

From Tagbilaran City, go to the Integrated Bus Terminal located in the city. Look for buses going to Loboc or Carmen, as they usually pass through Bilar. Purchase a ticket from the ticket booth. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive in Bilar, inform the conductor or the driver that you need to stop at the Bilar area. After getting off, you may need to walk a short distance to your specific destination within Bilar.
