Tricycle
If you are starting from Tagbilaran City, head to the Dao Integrated Bus Terminal. Once at the terminal, look for a tricycle or ask the drivers for a ride to Dumaluan Beach. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, typically it should be around 150-200 PHP. The tricycle will take you directly to the entrance of Dumaluan Beach.

From Tagbilaran City, take a local bus heading to Panglao Island. Board the bus at the Dao Integrated Bus Terminal or the bus stop near the city proper. Inform the bus conductor that you would like to get off at Dumaluan Beach. The bus ride will take about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the road leading to Dumaluan Beach, you can either walk the remaining distance (about 10-15 minutes) or hire a tricycle for a short ride to the beach.

If you're staying in nearby accommodations on Panglao Island, you can simply walk to Dumaluan Beach. From Alona Beach, head southwest along the coastal road. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Follow the signs to Dumaluan Beach, which will lead you along scenic paths and through local neighborhoods.

For those who are comfortable riding, you can rent a motorbike in Panglao. After renting a bike, head towards Dumaluan Beach by navigating via Google Maps to the coordinates (9.556588, 123.805318). The ride from Alona Beach to Dumaluan Beach will take about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.
