From the main town of Tagbilaran, head to the Tagbilaran Bus Terminal. Once there, you can take a tricycle to Bilar. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to Pangas Falls, which is a popular destination. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Upon arrival at the Bilar area, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Pangas Falls, or you can ask locals for directions, as they are usually very helpful.

If you're comfortable riding a motorbike, you can rent one in Tagbilaran. Head north on the main road from Tagbilaran towards Bilar. After about 30-40 minutes, you will reach Bilar. Look for signs for Pangas Falls or ask locals for directions. The falls are a short walk from the main road, and the area is quite scenic, so enjoy the ride!

Take a bus from Tagbilaran to Bilar. Buses leave from the Tagbilaran Bus Terminal regularly and the journey should take around 30-40 minutes. Inform the bus conductor that you are going to Pangas Falls so they can let you know when to get off. Once you reach Bilar, you may need to take a short tricycle ride to the falls, as they are not directly on the main road.
