Take a bus from Tagbilaran to Bilar. Buses leave from the Tagbilaran Bus Terminal regularly and the journey should take around 30-40 minutes. Inform the bus conductor that you are going to Pangas Falls so they can let you know when to get off. Once you reach Bilar, you may need to take a short tricycle ride to the falls, as they are not directly on the main road.
