From anywhere in Bohol, head to the nearest tricycle terminal. If you're in Tagbilaran City, you can easily find a terminal near the city center. Board a tricycle and tell the driver you want to go to Panglao Island. The driver will take you to the island's entrance at the Alona Beach area or any specific destination you prefer on Panglao Island.

If you are in Tagbilaran City, go to the Integrated Bus Terminal. Take a bus going to Panglao. The bus will take you directly to the island. Make sure to inform the driver of your destination, such as Alona Beach, so they can drop you off at the nearest point. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes.

From Tagbilaran City, you can find vans at the van terminal (often near the bus terminal). Board a van heading to Panglao Island. These vans are usually faster than buses, and they will take you directly to popular spots on the island like Alona Beach. The travel time is approximately 20-30 minutes.
