From your location in Panglao, take a tricycle to the Tagbilaran City terminal. The ride should take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the terminal, ask for the jeepney going to Sagbayan. The fare should be around 20-30 PHP. The jeepney ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic. Get off at Sagbayan town proper and ask locals for directions to Sagbayan Peak Waterpark, which is about a 15-minute tricycle ride from the town center.

If you are in Cebu City, take a ferry to Tagbilaran City first. Once you arrive at the Tagbilaran port, head to the terminal to find buses heading to Sagbayan. Buy your ticket and board the bus. The journey will take approximately 2 hours. Get off at the Sagbayan town proper. From there, you can hire a tricycle to take you to Sagbayan Peak Waterpark, which is about 15 minutes away.
