If you are in downtown Cagayan de Oro, head towards the main road, Osmeña Street. Walk towards the west until you reach the junction with Rosario Crescent. Turn left onto Rosario Crescent and continue walking. After a short distance, you will see Robinsons Cagayan de Oro on your right. The Department of Tourism is located within the Robinsons mall.
