Getting There

• Walking

  From the Carmen market area, head southeast on J. C. Aquino Avenue towards the junction with the National Highway. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Cagayan de Oro - Bukidnon Highway. At this intersection, turn left and walk along the highway for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs indicating directions to Camarahan Ridge. Follow these signs, and when you reach the road leading uphill, take that path. It should lead you directly to the entrance of Camarahan Ridge.

• Tricycle

  If you prefer not to walk, you can catch a tricycle from various points in Carmen, such as near the market. Simply tell the driver that you want to go to Camarahan Ridge. The fare will typically range from 20 to 50 pesos, depending on your starting point. The driver will take you as close to the ridge as possible. After the tricycle drops you off, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the entrance of the ridge.

• Motorcycle Taxi (Habala-Habala)

  For a quicker option, you can use a motorcycle taxi, commonly known as 'habala-habala.' You can find these near busy areas or by asking locals for their location. Just inform the driver that you would like to go to Camarahan Ridge. The fare for this service can vary but typically costs around 50 to 100 pesos, depending on your negotiation skills and distance. The motorcycle will take you directly to the entrance, but be sure to wear a helmet for safety.
