From the center of Macasandig, head towards the main road (C.M. Recto Avenue). Walk along C.M. Recto Avenue until you reach the corner of Macasandig Road. Continue walking straight on Macasandig Road for about 15-20 minutes until you see a sign indicating the direction to Macahambus Cave. Follow the sign and take the footpath that leads into the wooded area.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a tricycle from Macasandig. Simply ask the driver to take you to Macahambus Cave. The fare should be around PHP 50-80 depending on your exact pickup location in Macasandig. The journey will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the entrance, follow the signs to the cave.
